Registration for the Winter fitness classes have started! I will be maintaining the same schedule as before:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:15pm – 7:15pm
- Sundays @ 11:00am – 12:00pm
Look for my classes named “All Terrain Spin” which are 1 hour in duration. The other Spin classes from other instructors are 45 minutes. Classes start the week of January 12. See you in the New Year!
