The Fall fitness schedule is finalized. I have good news for long time attendees of my classes: my Spinning classes will go back to 1 hour sessions! In the previous semester, the class length was reduced to 45 minutes due to scheduling constraints. But that is no longer the case.
I will be giving Spinning classes on:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:15pm-7:15pm
- Sundays @ 11:00am-12:00pm.
Registration begins Monday, August 25. Set a reminder on that day to grab your preferred classes before they fill up! Fitness classes will start the week of September 8.
