Fitness classes for the Winter session have started. All Spin classes are full, so we will have another packed semester!
Just a little note about the Tuesday & Thursday classes @ 6:30pm. Since the classes are shorter at 45 mins., I have modified my programmes and have dropped the cooldown/stretches at the end so that we can do as much cardio in the reduced timeframe. Please take the time after class to do additional stretches as this will help your recovery between classes.
