The fitness class schedule for the Winter session has been finalized and is now available on the McGill Recreation site.
My class times have changed from prior sessions due to changes in my work schedule. For the upcoming session, I will give Spinning classes on:
- Tuesdays @ 6:30pm – 7:15pm (changed to 45 mins.)
- Thursdays @ 6:30pm – 7:15pm (changed to 45 mins.)
- Sundays @ 11am – 12pm (unchanged at 1 hour)
Registration starts Monday, December 9 @ 8:30am. Be prepared to sign-up if you already know what classes you wish to take in January. See you in class!
