I hope everyone is having a great summer! The Fall fitness schedule is finalized. My schedule has been shifted slightly, and I will be giving Spinning classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30pm-6:30pm, and Sundays @ 11:00am-12:00pm.
Registration opens Monday, August 26, so set a notification for that date to grab your preferred classes before they fill up! Fitness classes will start the week of September 9.
