Once again, I will be giving extra Spin classes during Reading Week (March 4 – 8). There will be classes on Tuesday, March 5 @ 5:45pm, and Thursday, March 7 @ 5:45pm. These classes are free and open to anyone, even if you are not registered for the class. You can also bring your friends to give the class a try. Spots are available on a first-come first-serve basis; no sign-up or reservation needed.
So take a moment during the break to get a workout!
