About

What is All Terrain Spin?

All Terrain Spin brings the variety and challenge of outdoor cycling into the indoor studio. In this high-energy class, every ride takes you on a journey across a dynamic, changing landscape:

  • Steep Hill Climbs: Dial up the resistance and build lower-body strength as we grind up virtual mountains.
  • Fast Flats & Sprints: Pick up the cadence and test your cardiovascular speed on high-tempo stretches.
  • Rolling Hills & Intervals: Work through rapid transitions between resistance and fast legs to maximize endurance and power.

Each session is paired with a curated, beat-driven playlist designed to keep your legs moving when the resistance gets heavy.

If you are new to Spinning, then it is strongly recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your first class so that you can be properly setup with the Spinning bike. It is important the bike is adjusted to your physique, so that you can perform the exercises efficiently. This will make the class much more enjoyable!
