Be ready to sign-up when registration opens

I just realized that the number of evening Spinning classes has been reduced this upcoming Fall semester. In addition to my classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays, usually, there would be evening Spinning classes offered on Mondays & Wednesdays as well, but not this time.

This has two important consequences that I can see: there will not be as many spots available to take Spinning classes in the evenings. If demand for Spinning is the same as previous semesters (keep in mind that Spinning classes were sold out each Fall & Winter semester for the past 3+ years), there will be about the same number of students trying to get a reduced number of spots.

This makes it important that you secure a spot as soon as possible once registration opens on August 26. If you definitively know you want to attend a Spinning class this upcoming semester, please make sure you set a reminder to sign-up. I have heard from many disappointed students who were unable to register because classes sold out before they had a chance to do so. I am sympathetic, but there is not much that can be done once a class is full except hope someone drops the class.

I am providing advanced warning now to you because you have attended my classes, and I certainly would like to see you in class if you want to attend. The full schedule will be available at McGill Recreation soon. Registration opens in about 2 weeks. Be ready!
